Best Breakfast Smoothie Ever Recipe
Hello Beauties! Today, I’m going to share the Best Breakfast Smoothie ever with you. My coworker shared this recipe and now I’m going to share it with you!
My colleague has been doing Paleo lately. Now, I’m loyal to eating based on The 21 Day Fix. However, I’m opened minded to try new things on my health journey. She swears that it keeps her full from morning until lunch time. I personally had never tried a smoothie with coffee in it, but I love the idea. I figured it’ll wake me up way more than my usual breakfast smoothie. Since I’ve tried it, I’ve got to say I love it! Its Paleo friendly, fits into The 21 Day Fix, and is even soy-free.
Best Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Here is the recipe:
- Coconut Milk
- Cold Brew Coffee— I really recommend Chameleon Cold Brew from Sprouts. It’s highly concentrated, so you only need a very little bit.
- 1 Small Banana
- 1 Tablespoon of almond butter
- Vanilla flavored protein— I used Vega Protein. Vanilla flavor is ideal I think for this specific mixture. However, I’m going to try chocolate flavored protein soon. I’ll update you all when I do.
You blend all of these ingredients together and boom! You’ve got yourself a very complete breakfast smoothie.
The protein will keep you full. The coffee will wake you up early in the morning. You have a serving of fruit as well.
Most importantly, this recipe is tasty! I’m sorry, but I don’t care how healthy something is. If its not yummy, I can’t do it. Additionally, it’s so fast and easy to make. This smoothie is a great alternative for when I don’t have time to make Protien Pancakes. To me, this really is the best breakfast smoothie ever.
