Hi beauties! Today’s blog post is a Brita Water Bottle Review. Drinking the right amount of water daily has so many health and beauty benefits! It’s great for your skin. It’s great for your metabolism and energy levels. It’s no secret that drinking enough water daily is important, yet we sometimes fall short of our recommended water intake. To make drinking water easy for me, I carry around my reusable Brita Water Bottle. It’s great because you can fill it up with tap water (so no excuses!) and it will filter out chlorine and things like that.
Brita Water Bottle Review
Before, I used to drink half of my weight in ounces of water. I’m 127 lbs, so I’d drink about 65 ounces of water per day, plus a little extra when I workout. I recently joined a fitness challenge with one of my biggest fitness inspirations. My homegirl Melissa has weekly challenges in a closed Facebook group. Each week is different to keep things exciting and keep the group motivated. Sometimes we have an ab challenge, self care, avoiding red meat, sugar free weeks, etc. One challenge in particular that stuck out to me was drinking a gallon of water a day! A gallon of water is 128 ounces. So, I basically had to double up my water intake. When I did, I loved how I felt. But buying gallons of water gets expensive. And carrying it around isn’t exactly convenient. The Brita Water Bottle made my life and taking in my water so much easier.
- It is reusable so it’s less harsh on the environment
- BPA free, so no harmful plastics
- Sports Top, so great for workouts
- Carries about 20 ounces of water, so it fits in my purse, gym bag, etc
