CREAM BLUSH VS POWDER BLUSH
Hello beauties! Today’s post is all about Cream Blush VS Powder Blush. Different skin types have different needs. Today’s blog will explain whether cream or powder blush is better for your specific skin type. I will also share my personal favorite cream and powder blushes.
Cream Blush VS Powder Blush
As I said, different skin types need different kinds of makeup products. If you have dry skin, like me, then a cream blush is your best bet. Honestly, when I wear powder blush, I feel like it looks blotchy on my dry skin. When I wear cream blush, however, it lasts longer for me. I start by applying my tinted moisturizer or foundation, and after it’s slightly set, I apply my cream blush.
Bonus Tip: To make sure you blush lasts all day, apply cream blush, then set it with powder blush. The secret is to be very light-handed with both!
When it comes to Cream Blush VS Powder Blush for normal skin, either one works. Normal skin has the privilege of going either way on this one.
If you have oily skin, then neither cream blush nor powder blush will work for you! Sorry. But don’t fear. The trick with oily skin is a cheek stain! A cheek stain is a lot like a cream blush, only less thick and less oily.
Cream Blush VS Powder Blush: My Favorites
For a cream blush, I use and love Cargo’s Color Stick in Maui
For a Powder Blush, I love any of Benefit’s blushes. My favorite is Hervana.
For a Cheek Stain, I love Tarte.
